FOR TERRITORIES
From a territory's question to a prepared project
Distributed Hub works with territories of every scale, from a region to a small settlement. We help frame the task, gather verifiable data and prepare the project so that it can be taken to investors and partners.
Where is your territory?
Each level has its own tasks and powers. Choose yours and the path becomes clearer.
- 01Macro-region, federal or national district, inter-regional associationJoint programmes of several regions: transport and energy corridors, logistics, workforce, science.Start with a programme office and a regional comparison (factories 17 and 14).
- 02Region, province, state, republicRegional priorities, a project portfolio, support measures, coordination of municipalities.Start with a coordination council and passports for 3–5 priority initiatives.
- 03City, urban districtUrban infrastructure, industrial sites, education, transport, digital services.Start with the passport of one city initiative and a data map.
- 04District, county, municipalityWater, energy, roads, connectivity, schools, access to health care, jobs.Start with a life-support map and the passport of the district's main problem.
- 05Settlement, small town, communityOne concrete need of residents: water, heat, connectivity, jobs, education.Start with an initiative passport — the agent in the kit helps in one evening.
Three steps
- 01Appoint a coordinator and form a councilOne responsible person and a small coordination council: administration, businesses, education, residents, experts. A model regulation is in the kit.
- 02Complete the initiative passportDescribe the task, the territory, the people, the resources and what is still unverified. The AI agent in the kit asks the questions and assembles the passport.
- 03Send the passport to Distributed HubAt our own cost we package the project with the method of the 17 expert factories and present it to potential investors and partners, including in the Indo-Pacific region.
Investors and partners decide whether to take part. Distributed Hub does not promise funding or deadlines; our task is to make sure the territory arrives at that conversation with a project that withstands scrutiny.
First-step kit
Free. Works in any AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral and others) or by hand. Your territory's data stays with you — the website does not collect it.

Send a challenge or a passport
Describe the task, the territory and what you already know. A factory is engaged only by your choice, and an automatic receipt never replaces a considered answer.
