Who we are
The website https://distributedhub.0118001.xyz/ is run by Distributed Hub, an open, free, international project. The project does not sell services, does not enter into contracts with visitors and does not publish the details of a legal entity. For any question about your data, write to hello@0118001.xyz.
What we receive
Only what you send through the “Describe the challenge” form: your email address, your message, optionally the level and name of a territory or organisation, plus the page language, the reference number, the date and time, and the consent mark.
Technical data: when the form is sent, the server briefly uses your IP address to limit abuse (no more than 10 requests per hour per address); the IP address is not written to the website database. The proxy server keeps standard access logs with IP addresses; they are deleted automatically after about 5 weeks, error logs after about 10 weeks.
The website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics. Your browser stores only the chosen language (localStorage). The files of the first-step kit work on your side: the website does not receive what you enter in them.
Why
To receive your request and give you a reference number; to send a short receipt in your language; so that a person can review the request and reply on substance; to protect the form from spam. The automatic receipt is not a substantive answer and promises no response time.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@0118001.xyz.
Where data is stored
Website server — in the United States (Cloudzy cloud hosting): the request database; a request is deleted automatically after 90 days unless it is being handled.
Email — a server in Germany: the receipt is sent from hello@0118001.xyz and a copy of the request is kept in that mailbox.
CRM — the Bitrix24 cloud service: a contact record with your address and the text of your request, so that the history of the conversation is not lost.
Copies in email and CRM are kept while needed for the conversation and are deleted at your request. We do not sell data or share it for advertising. If the project presents a territory's materials to investors, this happens only by decision of that territory and without visitors' personal data.
Your rights
You may find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict processing and withdraw consent. Write to hello@0118001.xyz, quoting your reference number if possible. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country.
Security and changes
Connections are protected by HTTPS; only authorised people can access the database and CRM; access keys are kept in a secrets manager, not in the website code. When processing changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
