What you receive for a prepared project
- A project passport in which every material statement carries a status: confirmed by a document, according to the initiator, to be verified, or estimate.
- A data-room map: which documents exist, who owns them, what is missing.
- The result of an independent risk review: acceptable, acceptable with conditions, rework required, or stop required, with the list of unconfirmed assumptions.
- Comparable territories and primary sources, with verification dates.
- A clear next step and the person responsible on the territory's side.
What you do not receive
- This is not an offer of securities, investment advice or a promise of returns: Distributed Hub is not a broker, a bank or a fund.
- A territory's or partner's interest is not a commitment; a preliminary cost is not a budget.
- Distributed Hub does not negotiate or sign on behalf of a territory or an investor.
- Sanctions, export and other restrictions are checked by the parties themselves before every action.
How it works
- Tell us through the form which territories and tasks interest you (choose the level “Investor or partner”).
- On request we show prepared passports, only of territories that have given their consent.
- After that the parties talk directly; confidentiality agreements and any arrangements are between them.
Investors and partners decide whether to take part. Distributed Hub does not promise funding, deadlines or results.
