Short version. The full edition of this factory (14 September 2026), with history, geography, practical examples and annotated sources, is available in Russian. Full edition (Russian)
In simple terms
Logistics moves goods, equipment, materials and information to the place of use; supply decides what is needed, when, in what quality and from whom it can legally be bought. The factory turns “we need a road, a warehouse or a delivery” into a map of the chain. It is not a carrier, customs agent or supplier.
Who it helps
Farmers, hospitals, schools, manufacturers, carriers, municipalities, regions and humanitarian organisations.
Questions you can bring
- Why do medicines arrive irregularly?
- Where is the cold chain broken?
- Do we need a warehouse, or is it better to change the route?
What you receive
- a chain map with documented bottlenecks
- stock rules and route scenarios
- warehouse requirements and a continuity plan
- procurement criteria and on-time indicators
How quality is checked
Units, route, date, source, real lead time, storage conditions, stock and responsibility boundaries are checked, together with an alternative scenario. A country index does not describe a specific warehouse.
Three example requests
Village
“How do we avoid running out of spare parts for the pump?”
City
“Why does school food spoil?”
Region or country
“Do we need a dry port?”
