In simple terms
Workforce means people with skills, experience, safe working conditions and the chance to keep learning. The factory first finds out which jobs actually exist, what they require, who can learn and what barriers stand in the way. Training does not guarantee employment.
Who it helps
Learners, workers, employers, training centres, trade unions, municipalities, companies and government bodies.
Questions you can bring
- Which specialists are missing to maintain the water system?
- How do we retrain workers after a technology change?
- How do we link a course with safe practical training?
What you receive
- a map of skill and data gaps
- a competence profile and a practical-training programme
- safe workplace requirements
- a qualification-recognition route and an employment evaluation plan
How quality is checked
The real link between skill and job, access for different groups, safety, mentoring capacity and assessment method are checked. A certificate alone does not prove competence.
Three example requests
Village
“Who will maintain the new solar system?”
City
“How can young people find a path into construction?”
